Dennis Crum currently holds the position of CEO of
ICAP Energy LLC. He has been responsible for growing ICAP Energy from five
employees in 1993 to the number one electricity brokerage firm today with more
than 150 employees and operations in North America, Europe, Singapore and
Australia. Dennis has been recognized as a regional Ernst & Young
Entrepreneur of the Year when ICAP Energy (formerly "APB Energy") was named one
of the fastest growing companies in the United States for two consecutive years
by Inc. magazine. ICAP Energy has also been recognized as the number one North
American electricity brokerage and natural gas basis swaps firm by Energy Power
and Risk Management magazine. Prior to ICAP Energy, Dennis was in charge of
commodity trading activities at a Louisville, Ky., energy-marketing firm. He
was responsible for developing and implementing their risk management plan and
structuring customer deals utilizing financial hedging techniques. It is this
rare combination of two decades’ experience in energy trading and technology
development that spawned the creation of the online platform True Quote.

Ed Pierangelino, along with overseeing ICAP Energy's
North American power and natural gas operations, is significantly involved in
ICAP Energy's corporate development. Prior to his current position as President
with ICAP Energy, Ed's experience spanned several commodities, including
natural gas, electricity and weather derivatives. Formerly a natural gas
marketer for EnTrade Corporation, Ed was responsible for account development
and large volume sales to utilities in the western half of the United States.
Prior to that, Ed served five years in the U.S. Navy as a Ship-Board Navigator.
His tour included two years overseas in Japan and service during the Persian
Gulf War.

Todd is Chief Financial Officer of ICAP Energy LLC, ICAP United Inc. and their subsidiaries.
Todd’s financial, analytical, and business development skills have contributed to the continued
success of ICAP. Todd has led seven multi-million dollar energy and energy related acquisitions
and the successful establishment of many organic initiatives within ICAP.
Todd served as CFO of APB Energy when the company was purchased by ICAP plc in 2002.
The former APB is the energy and commodity division of ICAP plc today.
Todd was instrumental in growing APB from a staff of forty with one domestic location
to a staff of two hundred with three domestic and two international locations prior to
being acquired by ICAP. Prior to APB, Todd originated and structured power transactions
for National Power Energy, a large wholesale energy trading company subsequently purchased
by Duke Energy. His role in energy origination was preceded by his role as senior manager
of finance. Todd worked for seven years with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, where he was a senior
manager. Todd has over seventeen years experience in financial modeling, M&A and capital
sourcing. Todd graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science in
Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Todd is also a member of the American
Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public
Accountants. Todd holds a series 3 certification in accordance with Commodity Futures
Trading Commission (CFTC) guidelines and is a National Futures Association (NFA) member.
